Hunting for ISIS with the Iraqi SWAT
Summer 2018 // One year after the liberation of Iraq’s second largest city Mosul form the Islamic State group (ISIS), an Iraqi SWAT-Police unit is hunting for terrorist sleeper cells. During the day the unit is called to clear terrorists tunnel systems in the vast desert leading to the Syrian border and reed mazes on the shore of the Tigris river. At nigh they are raiding houses of suspected ISIS members in hiding.
